BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CCMMON GOTJNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BENDS
INDIANA.
SECTION 1.
That the amount of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars of
the sum hitherto appropriated to the Department of the Board of
Public Works for its Street Lighting account No. H -10 be and is
hereby transferred to Water Rents account No. H -12 for fire hydrant
rental.

That. this ordinate shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passag d approval by the Mayor.
