CERTAIN SUPS OF MONEY
THE DBPARTITNT OF PUBLIC
i BEND, IA 1ANA, TO OTHER APPRO-
�RMTNT.
BE IT ORDAMD by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indian a:
SECT DN 1. That the sum of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($"80,000.00)
heretofore appropriated to the Department of Public Works for
Account No.H -12 for water paynents, is hereby transferred to Account
No.H -10, within said Department, known as the Street Lighting Account.
SECTION 2. That the sum of One Thous--,nd Dollars ($1,000.00) be and
the sane is hereby transferred froi Appropriation No.H -13 for Legal
Advertising, to Appropriation No.;H -29, for Land purchased for the

site of the Northwest Fire Station Noll.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shd' be: in full force and effect from
and after it's passage and approval by the Mayor.
