ORDINANCE NO. aP �7 S' %
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the sum of seven hundred fifty
($750.00) dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated from
the general fund of the city of South Bend, Indiana, to the
Board of Public Worke, subdivision H -6, to be expended in such
amounts as shall be deemed necessary by said Board in defraying
costs of said city in an effort to obtain a reasonable reduction
in rates of each or all of the following utilities: telephone,
gas and electric.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its legal publication, hearing and
adoption.
