INANCE APPROPRIATuVG THE SUiI OF ELEVEN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BENDS INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Eleven Hundred Fifty -Two
($1152.75) Dollars and Seventy -Five Gents be and the same is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana
to the Finance Department, Sub -head B -8A, with which to pay for
advertising a list of the sale of real estate delinquent under the
Barrett Law.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and legal publication and hearing
and approval by the Mayor.
