AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $152000.00 FROM THE FUNDS
OF THE CITY PLAN C C6MISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA.
Whereas, the City Plan Commission of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, has in its funds the sum of fifteen thousand
$15,000.00) dollars which is not needed for its purposes; and,
WHEREAS, such funds accrued to said City Plan
Commission by reason of appropriations heretofore made by the
Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and tax
levies; and,
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend is in need of such
amount fof its general fund on account of the general de-
pression which has oecassioned delinquencies in tax payment
and failure of depositories.
KOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND:
Section 1. That the sum of fifteen thousand ($15,000)
Dollars is hereby transferred from the City Plan Commission
to the general fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
Section 2. This ordianance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval by the
Mayor.
