ILE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION 1. That the purchase of an automobile chassis
pursuant to the terms of agreement attached hereto and made
a part hereof, by din3 between the Board of Public Safety of
the City of South Bend for its Fire Department and Scherman-
Schaus- Freeman Company be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
