BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That the purchase of Fire Apparatus
and Equipment pursuant to the terms of agreement attached
hereto and made a part hereof, by and between the Board of
Pablic Safety of the City of South Bend for its Fire Dep-
artment and Boyer Fire Apparatus Company, LoganspoBt, Indiana9
be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval by the
Mayor.
