ORDINANCE NO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COITTION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the contract by and between the City of South
Bend, Indiana, through its Board of Public Safety, for the purchase
of one (1) Combination Police Patrol and Ambulance in accordance
with the copy of agreement attached hereto and made a part here -of
be and the same is hereby in all things approved.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
