AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWELVE
HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS (1,250.00) FROM THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO THE
FINANCE,,DEPARTMENT OF SAID CITY FOR PAYING OF
THE PREMIUM ON $250,000 SURETY BONDS ON BEHALF
OF DUNCAN J. CAMPBELL, CITY A9#-M22dY TREASURER
FOR THE HANDLING OF THE BARRETT LAW ASSESSMENT
FUNDS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1
That the sum of Twelve Hundred Fifty Dollars
($1,250.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the
General Fundof the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Finance
Department of said city, for the purpose of paying the premium
on Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars (250,000.00) surety
bonds on behalf of Duncan J. Campbell, City Treasurer, for
the handling of the Barrett Law Assessment Funds.
Section 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its legal publication, hearing and passage.
