AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 'IF E SUM OF THIRTY 14I0 THOUSAND
DOLLARS ( 39,000.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF
SOUPH BEND, INDIANA, TO THE STREET LIGIEING FUND OF TEE
DEPARTMENT ME PUBLIC WORKS OF SAID CITY.
SECTION 1.
That the sum of `i'hirty.nire Thousand Dollars ($39 ,000.00)
be am the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
City of South bend, Indiana, to the Street Lighting Fund of the Depart
menu of Public Works, of said City of South Bend.
SECTION 2.
That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after "it's passage by the Common Council and Approval of
the Mayor.
