BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION I. That the amount of Eigfiteen Thousand Dollars
($18,000.00) be and is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of South .Bend, Indiana: to the Board of
Public Works for the purchase of for its
Street Department. /
