AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY FROM ONE
APPROPRIATION OF THE DEPARTMNr OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, TO ANOTHER APPROPRIATION
IN THE SAME DEPARTMENT?.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF `PIE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars 0450.00)
be and the same is hereby transferred from Appropriation No.H -26
for Furniture and Fixtures, to Appropriation No.H -23, for Refunds,
Awards and Indemnities, all in the Department of Public Works of
the City of South Banat indiara.
SECTION 2. That the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1200400) be and
the sane is hereby transferred from Appropriation No.N -6, for Repairs
of equipment to Appropriation No.N -9, for Supplies in the City Cemetery
Department, all in the Department of Public works of the City of South
Bend, Diana.
SECTION 3. 'Phis ordiance shall be in full force and effect from and
after It's passage and approval by the Mayor.
