BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana•
SECTION 1. That the amount of Sixty two dollars and forty
gents (62.40) her3kappropriated toYe Board of Public
Safety for the purchase of General Suppl4 for its Weights
and Eieasur es Department be transferred to rid Board for
Repair of Equipment for its Weights and MeN es Department.
SECTION 2.
This
ordinance shall be
in full
force and
effect
from and after
its
legal publication,
hearing,
approval
and
passage by the mayor.
