AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF SEVEN HUNDRED
THIRTY -FIVE ($735.00) DOLLARS FROM ONE SUBDIVISION
TO ANOTHER SUBDIVISION IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
HEALTH AND CHARITIES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTSBEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1. That the sum of Seven Hundred Thirty -Five
($735.00) Dollars appropriated to the Department of Public Health
and Charities. by Ordinance No. 2883, be and the same is hereby
transferred from subdivision "T -8 Other Contractual Services" to
subdivision 4T -1 Salaries and Wages Regular" in the same
Department.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, and approval by the Mayor.
