AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL FUND
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THE AMOUNT OF ONE
HUNDRED FORTY -NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED
FIFTY -FIVE DOLLARS AND ELEVEN CENTS (149,455.11)
FOR THE APPROPRIATION OF PROPERTY IN
WIDENING WESTERN AVENUE FROM MAPLE TO
KOSCIUSZKO STREETS IN THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C011,131017 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the amount of One Hundred Forty -nine
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-five Dollars and Eleven C nts
(0149,455.11) be appropriatee he B� r Public Works of
the City of South Bend, for the purpose pf paying for property
appropriated by said Board in the widening of Western Avenue
from Maple to Kosciuszko Streets in the City of South Bend,
under Condemnation Resolution No. 2413 as shown therein.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after legal publication, hearing, passage and
approval by the Mayor.
