AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $31,102.25
TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING FOR PROPERTY
APPROPRIATED ON WALNUT STREET FROM WESTERN AVENUE
TO THE SECCND ALLEY SOUTH, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the city of
South Bend, Indiana:
Section 1
That there be and is hereby appropriated to the
Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
the sum of Thirty -one Thousand One Hundred Two Dollars
and Twenty -five Cents ($31,102.25) for the purpose of paying
for property appropriated on Walnut Street from Western
Avenue to the second alley south, in the City of South
Bend, Indiana, under Condemnation Resolution No. 2446 as
shown thereby.
Section 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after due publication and heELbing, passage by the Common
Council, and approval by the mayor.
