BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLSTON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1.
That the sum of Five Thousand Two- Hundred Fifty Dollars
($5,250.00) be and is hereby appropriated from the General hold
of said city to the Board of Pub lie Vlorks of said City for the
purpose of paying for property by said city under
vacation resolution No. 2447.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its publication, hearing, passage by the Common Council
and approval by the Mayor.
