THE SMT OF TWELVE THOUSAND
OUIPIMNT FOR ITS FIRE DEPARTMENT.
BE' IT ORDAINED BY THE COMTON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars (12,500.00) be ands the same is hereby appropriated from
the General Fund of the Ci of South Bend to the Department of
Pszblic Safety with which'�e� pay for the purchase of equipment
for the city's Fire Department.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after legal publication, hearing, passage by the
Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
