ORDINANCE NO. 9s��
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRI TING THE SUM OF $3000.00
FROM THE.GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
SAFETY OF SAID CITY FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIP-
MENT FOR ITS ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1
That the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3000.00)
be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to the Department of
Public Safety of said City, with which to pay for the purchase
of equipment for said City's Electrical Department.
Section 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after due publication and hearing,passage by the Common
Council, and approval by the mayor.
