AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUPT[ OF TEN THOUSAND
DOLLARS 1110,000.00) PRO! THE GENERAL FUND OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IRPDIAP3k, TO THE DEPARTIt -IEHT
OF PUBLIC SAFETY OF �r1ID CITY r OR THE PURCHASE O F
EQUI MENT FOR ITS POLICE DEPARTI;,IENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
(10,000.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of South lend, Indiana, to the Depart-
ment of Public Safety of said City with which to pay for the
purchase of Equipment for the city's Police Department.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after legal publication, hearing, passage and
approval b;; the Mayor.
