Be it ordained by the Common Council of tre City of South Bend,
Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, is hereby specifically authorized to widen Western Avenue
in said city from Maple Street to Kosciuszko Street and to condemn
real estate necessary therefor and that said Board's act in conaemn-
ing real estate for the widening of said Western Avenue (North Side)
under it's Resolution No.2413, be and the same is hereby ratified and
approved.

SECTION 2. �..
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after it's passage and approval by the Mayor.
