Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1.
That the hoard of Public 'Works of the Oity of South Bend,
Indiana, is hereby specifically authorized to teilen Walnut Street
in said City from Western Avenue to the second alley south of
Western Avenue and to condemn real estate necessary therefor and
that said Board's act in condemning real estate for the mpen1hg
of said YJalnut Street, under it's Resolution lio.24469 be and the
seme is hereby ratified and app-io"d.

BECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from aid
after it's passage and approval by the Mayor.
