AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUPT OF FIFTY DOLLARS
( FROS: OPTF DEPARTI'm OF THE CITY
TREASURY TO ANOTHER DEPARTI,IENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIC COFffiVION COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1.
That fifty Dollars ($50.00) of the amount hitherto
appropriated to the Finance Department of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, for the use of the City Treasurer in traveling
expens s,3be transferred to said City Treasurer for Office

SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by
the mayor.
