MAYOR BUTTIGIEG HOSTS STUDENT SCHOLAR RECEPTION
Mayor Pete Buttigieg will host the annual Student Scholar Reception on Tuesday, June 16 at
4 pm at the Studebaker National Museum, 201 S. Chapin Street.
Valedictorians, salutatorians, National Merit Scholarship finalists, and students honored by a
variety of national organizations representing all six South Bend high schools— Adams, Clay,
Riley, Washington, Saint Joseph's, and Trinity —are invited with their families to celebrate their
academic accomplishments.
"Our community should take note of these students' impressive achievements in our public and
private schools," Mayor Buttigieg says. "We'll continue to work together to create good jobs so
our best and brightest students can find their future right here in South Bend."
