AN ORDINANCE FIXING T1�H+ TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR
1934 FOR THE 1- aTICIPAL CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA.
SECTION 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana;
That there be and hereby is levied the following amounts for the
year 1934 on each One Hundred Dollars (�gOO.00) of assessed val-
uation of property in the City of South Bend, Indiana, as fixed
by the officers of St. Joseph County and the State of Indiana,
for the objects names:

SECTION 2. There shall be levied a Poll Tag of Fifty Cents on every
male inhabitant of said City, sane and not a pauper, of the age of
Twenty —one years and not over the age of Fifty years.
