AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING TEE SUL OF FIFTY= SEVEN_
DOLLARS AND SEVENTY -112 CENTS "57.72 FROM
ONE SUBDIVISION TO ANOTHER SUBDIVISION
IN THE CONTROTEE;R!S OFFICE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana:
SECTION 1. - That the sum of Fifty -seven Dollars and Seventy -two
Cents ($57.72) appropriated to the City Controllerls Office of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby transferred
from Subdivision B -11 Office Supplies to Subdivision B -SA Advertising
and Publication of Notices.
SECTION 2. - That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after legal notice and passage and approval by the Pdiayor.
