Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION 1. That all employees of any \amd "_all department of the city, not specifically enumerated in Section One hreof, Px elusive of the Water-Works Department and the Park Department, shall be classified and be paid for' services for the remainder of the year 1933 to be effective as of June 1, 1933, on a daily or hourly basis, and shall 'be paid as follows, to -?pit: Employees working on a daily basis, or paid by the day, shall receive not more than $4.00 per day. Employees working on an hourly basis, or paid by the hour, shall receive not more than 400 per hour.
