AN ORDINANCE FIXING TIC SALARIES OF CERTAIN CITY
OFFICIALS AAID EP1 LOYEES' OF T= P. UP,ICIPAL CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT Tam REWITH.
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That the annual salaries for the following
municipal city officials and employees of the City of South Bend,
State of Indiana, for the remainder of the year 193; be, and the
same are hereby fixed to be effective as of June 1; 1933, as
follows, to -wit:

SECTION 2. That all employees of any \amd "_all department
of the city, not specifically enumerated in Section One hreof, Px
elusive of the Water-Works Department and the Park Department, shall
be classified and be paid for' services for the remainder of the year
1933 to be effective as of June 1, 1933, on a daily or hourly basis,
and shall 'be paid as follows, to -?pit:
Employees working on a daily basis, or paid by the day,
shall receive not more than $4.00 per day.
Employees working on an hourly basis, or paid by the
hour, shall receive not more than 400 per hour.
Owners of trucks furnished to the city without drivers,
shall receive not more than 540 per hour for the use of each truck.
