AN ORDINANCE CHHNGING THE CLASSIFICATION
FOR ZONING PURPOSES OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, -
SECTION 1. That the following described property
heretofore classified as "B" Residential and "A"
Height and Area be re- classified to "C" Commercial
and "D" Height and Area, said property being
Lots 25, 26, and 27 in Pogts Addition to the City of
South Bend, Indiana, located on the south side of
Lincoln Way West and comprising one -half block
extending from Bentiucky Street to the first alley
East, and that Ordinance No. 233k, known as the
Zoning Ordinance be amended ix to the extent of the
change in the -above classification of the above property.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in effect from =and
after its passage and approval by the Mayor, and after
