CITY.

WHEREAS, the City Plan Fund is now in a depository, which
has placed a restriction on withdrawal of funds; and
WHEREAS, an emergency existSat this time to meet the pay-
rolls from the City Plan rand.
NOW, therefore, be it ordained by the Common Council of the
City of South Bend:
SECTION 1. That the sum of 'Seven Hundred ($700.00) Dollars
is hereby transferred f rom the -General-fund of the City of South

Bend, Indiana, to the City Plan ,Fundt� f, said City.
SECTION 2. This oxdinanee.`s dl be in full force and effect
from and after its pas saga,and approbal by the Mayor.
