SECITOu 1. That the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Your (w444.04)
Dollars and Nine Cents is hereby transferred from Appropriation
B -11 Office Supplies for City ControllerTs Office in the Finance
Department, to appropriation B -8X1 Advertising and Publication
of Notides, in the same Department, in which account Fourteen
Hundred Seventy F�16 (41,475.51) Dollars and Fifty One Cents is
now available and an aait�nal Four hundred Ninety Four(44 °4.0S)
Dollars and_ Nine Cents is needed with i'd:ich to pay for legal
notice and list of sale of real estate delinquent under the
Barrett Law.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
