THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, THROUGH ITS
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND SCHERMAN-
SCHAUS- FREEILAATT CO1TANY FOR THE PURCHASE
OF EQUIP11ENT FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,950.00).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COTAWN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,

SECTION 2.
That the contract entered into by and between the City of South
Bend, Indiana, by its Department of Public Safety, and Scherman-
Schaus- Freeman Company, South Bend, Indiana, for the purchase
of equipment for its Fire 4he! in the amount of One
Thousand Nine Hundred Fifs 01,950.00), a copy of
which contract i s attached ,(o� and the same is hereby
ratified and approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
