BEC`T'ION 1. That the sum of Thirty -Four Hundred Seventy ($3470.00)
Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the City of South Bend, Indiana to the Department of Public Safety
with which to pay for the purchase of equipment for the City's Fire
Department.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effedt
from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
