BE IT ORDAIRED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
SECTIg_3 1. - That the sum of One Hundred Dollars (4100.00) be
and the-same is hereby transferred and appropriated from Sub-
division V -9 to Subdivision V -10 all in the Department of Public
Health of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after legal notice and passage and approval by the Mayor,
