AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUIFS OF
MONEY FROM, CERT2.IN APPROPRIATIONS IN THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH FEND, INDIANA, TO OTHER APPROPRIATIONS
IN THE SANE DEPART12;NT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COPVIMN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Three Hundred Twenty Three Dollars
and Sixty -three cents ($323.63) be and the same is hereby trans-
ferred from Appropriation No.H -1 for Salark s regular, in the
Department of Public Works to Appropriation No.H -29 in the Depart
ment of Public Works for the purpose of paying street assessments
on the property located on Lincoln Way West and occupied as the
Northwest Fire Station.
SECTION 2. That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) be and
the same i.s hereby transferred from the Building Department Office
Supplies, Appropriation No.M -6, to the Building Department Gasoline
appropriation No.M -82 in the Department of Public Works, for the
purpose of paying for gasoline- -u-sed in said. Department.

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in Cull force and effect
from and, after it's passage and approval by the Mayor.
