AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN F DS IN THE
�DEPARTYENT OF HEALTH FROM ONE SUB- DIVISION
TO ANOTHER
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1. - That the sum of Twenty -five Dollars ($25.00) be and
the same is hereby transferred from T -22, Motor Equipment to T -5.
Telephone and Telegraph Sub - Division.
SECTION 2. - That the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) be and
the same is hereby transferred from T -22 Motor Equipment to T -8,
Repairs of Equipment.
SECTION % - That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) be
and the same is hereby transferred from T -220 Motor Equipment, to
T -9 Other Contractual Services all in the Department of Public
Health.
SECTION A. - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after legal notice and passage and approval by the Mayor.
