ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS FROM ONE
'SUB - DIVISION TO ARUTHER SUB - DIVISION IN THE
DEPART 'hTNT OF FINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana -
SECTION 1 - That the sum of Seventy -eight Dollars and Thirteen
Cents ($p�78,13) be and the same is hereby transferred from Account
8.15 Interest to Account B -14 Premium on Official Bonds.
SECTION 2. - That the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($250,00) be and the same is hereby transferred from Account B -6
Salaries and wages Temporary to Account B -8 Traveling Expenses.
All said account being in the Department of Finance.
SECTION,,' _ This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
