Indiana.
SECTION 1• That the Board of Public Safety of the City of South
Sends, Indiana.. is-hereby authorized and directed .to increase the
salaries and wages of the members of the Fire: Department of said
city for the year 1934j, beginning with January lsts, as follows to-

C Q _ That the sum of Twenty Thousand =Four Hundred and Eighty
Dollars ($202480.00) be`+ sand the same is- hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the said City of South Bend to the Department of
Public Safety for its Fire Department. The said sum to be allotted
to the Sub- Depar.tment.of Salaries and Wages.Regular. for increase of
salaries to the different members of said Fire Department as in
Section 1, of this Ordinance specified.
