RE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
SECTION 1. That the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($350.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the City of South Bend
to Sub - Department H -17 for appraisers in the De-
partment of Public Worksp said appropriation being
for the purpose of paying appraisers of the damages
for the opening of Dundee Street.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its legal publication and public
hearing thereo and general passage.
