Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana -
Section I.
That the sum of (;521.00 be, and the same is hereby appropriated
from tine General Fund. of the City of South Bend. to the Department
of Public Streets, account No. I -12 for the purpose of opening
Elmer Street North of LIarauette Avenue and taking out gravel
from said.. street, the same being b'. -fi

Section II.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and. effect from and. after
legal notice and. passage and. the approval by the mayor.
