Be it ordained. by the Common Council of the city of South
Bend., Indiana -
Section I.
That the sum of ,514.00 be and. the same is hereby appropriated.
from the General Fund. of the City of South Bend, Indiana to
the Department of Public Streets for grading and gavelling
work on Elmer Street South of I,iarquette Avenue, which is F.E.R.A.
project No. 3 -B -58, and creating a special fund in Account ." I -12
for said purpose.
Section II.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
legal notice and, passage and. the approval by the P'ayor.
