Be it ordained by the Common Council of the city of
South Bend., Indiana -
Section I.
That the sum of , 958.00 be. and th6 ;some '�(� °,hl reby appropriated
from the General Fund of the City of South Bend,, Indiana to the
Department of Public Streets, fund #1-12, Streets and. Alleys,
for grading viork on North S Boulevard from the Sample Street
bridge to Logan Street, all in the city of South Bend, Indiana.
Section II.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
legal notice and, passage and. the a proval by the Mayor.
