BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana -
SECTION I. That the sum of $1,489.83 be and. the same is here-
by appropriated from the -general fund. of the city
of South Bend. to the sewer fund. - J -10 of the
Street Department for material, in connection with
the work on the St, Peter Street sewer, from the
river to Colfax Avenue, in the city of South Bend.,
said project being known as the St. Peter Street
sewer project.
SECTION IL This ordinance shall be in full force and. effect
from an4 after legal notice and passage and, ap-
