BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
�E'CTIgN ice. That the contract between the Municipal City of
South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works
and James ti. Pierce,, executed in triplicate, one of which copies
is hereto attached and made a part hereof and which: contract is
dated July 1934 and relating to tqe payment for the
removal of garbage by said second party from the said city, be
and the same is hereby in all things ratified;, confirmed and approved.
SECTION IL This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
