ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING A CERTAIN LEASE
AND ALSO A CERTAIN OPTION TO PURCHASE M— BY THE
BED AVIATION COR�ATION T-0- 'BOARD UP

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
SECTION 1. - That a certain lease of the real estate which
constitutes the Bendix Airport, made by the Bendix
Aviation Corporation to the Board of Aviation Com-
missioners of the City of South Bend, Indiana, a
copy of which leas,.Js"hereto attached, marked
Exhibit "All and hereby' made a part of this Ordinance,
be and the sarm is hereby ratified, confirmed and ap-
proved.
SECTION 2. - That a certain option -to purchase made by the Bendix
Aviation Corporation•to the Board of Aviation Com-
missioners of the`'City of South Bend, Indiana, of the
Bendix Air Port, a copy of which option is hereto at-
tached, marked Exhibit "B" and hereby made a part of
this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby ratified,
confirmed and approved.
SECTION 3.. - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its pass
