BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
SECTION J. That Section Five of said Ordinance be changed to
read as follows, to -wit:
"No entertainment, music and /or exhibition
shall be given, conducted, kept, allowed or main-
tained in the places so licensed between the hours
of 1:00 o'clock A.M., and 2:00 o'clock P.M., of the
same day, excepting on Sunday morning, when the hours
shall be 2:00 o'clock A.M., until 12`14:00 o'clock ,/gym
and also excepting New Years Day Morning when the
closing hours shall be riot later than 3 :00 otclock

SECTION 2. This Ordinance ,. sAall'be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and
legal publication according to law.
