ORDINANCE NO. 10 7-3.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Hundred and Seventy -five Dollars
($175.00) be and the same is hereby transferred from
B -11A, Refunds, Awards and Indemnities in the office
of the City Controller to E-7.. Transportation allow-
ance Probation Officer in the office of the City
Judge, all in the Department of Finance.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full foree and effect from
