AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS FROM ONE SUB - DIVISION
TO ANOTHER SUB- DIVISION IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
SAFETY
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend,
Indiana.
SECTION J.•. - That the sum of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.00) be and
the same is hereby transferred from Account P -1, Salaries - Regular -
Police Department to Account P -102 Repairs - Equipment- Police Department.
SECTION 2.. - That the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) be and
the same is hereby transferred from Account P -15 Tires and Tubes -
Police Department to Account P -181 Supplies — Office — Police Depart-
went.
SECTION - That the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) be and
the same is hereby transferred lfrom Account P -151 Tires and Tubes -
Police Department to Account P 17 -A, Medical- Surgical and Dental
Expense - Police Department.
All of the above transfers being in the Department of Public
Safety.
SECTION 4,, - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage after posting notice.
