AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED
AND FIFTY D LLARS 4 0.) FTROM 0E UB -

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars be and
the same is hereby transferred from T -10 Food Supplies to the
Sub - division T -1 Salaries.
Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) be and the is
hereby transferred from the Sub - division T -10 Food Supplies to
the Sub- division T -9 Contractual Services.
That the sun of Forty ($40.00) Dollars be and the
same is hereby transferred from the Sub - division T -11 Coal
Supplies to the Sub - division T -9 Contractual Services.
That the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars be and the same
is hereby transferred from Sub - division T -20 Subscription and
Dues to the Sub - division T -21 Premiums, all in the Department of
Health in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after legal notice, passage and approval by the Mayor.
