AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN
CITY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPAL
CITY OF SOUTH BLIND, INDIANA, AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT THEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section I. That the annual salaries for the following
municipal city officials and employees of the City of South Bend,
State of Indiana, for the balance of the year 1934 be and the same
are hereby fixed, to be effective as of September 1 1934, as
follows, to -wit:
Chief of police
Assistant chief of olice-
Captains of police (each)
Sergeants of police (each)
