ORDINANCE NO. 306
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
SECTION 1. - That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars (3"200.00) be and the
same is hereby transferred and appropriated from Subdivision 0-5 Sup-
plies to Subdivision C -3A Temporary Salaries and Yrages, all in the
Office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. - That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars($300.00) be and the
same is hereby transferred and appropriated from Subdivision B -SA Ad-
vertising and Publication of Notices to Subdivision B-9 Printing Other
than Office Supplies, all in the Office of the City Controller.
SECTION 3. - That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) be and
the same is hereby transferred and appropriated from Subdivision Q -4
Electric Current Account to Subdivision Q -17 Other Equipment Account
all in the Department of Public Safety.
_ TAt the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00)
be and the same is hereby transferred and appropriated from Subdivision
Q -12 Other Garage and Motor Supplies to Subdivision Q -17 Other Equip-
ment Account all in the Department of Public Safety.
That the sum of Two Hundred Dollars 0200.00) be and the
same is hereby transferred and appropriated from Subdivision Q -15 Sup-
plies General Account to Subdi4ion Q -17 Other Equipment Account all in
the Department of Public Safety.
That the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars U" 1500.00) be and
the same is hereby transferred and appropriated. from Subdivision P -1
Salaries anC, wages, regular, to Subdivision P -13 Gasoline Account all
in the Department of Public Safety,
That the sum of One Hundred Dollars (?100.00) be and
the same is hereby transferred and appropriated from Subdivision P--1
Salaries and Wages, regular. to Subdivision P -17A 1 %ledical Supplies
Account, all in the Department of Public Safety.
That the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00)
be and. the same is hereby transferred and appropriated. from Subdiv-
ision P -1 Salaries and 'gages, regular to Subdivision P -16 Other
Garage and 'Motor Supplies Account, all in the Depar.trnent of Public
Safety.
That the sutra of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) be and. the same
is hereby transferred and appropriated from Subdivision P -1Q. Sup-
plies General to Subdivision P -12 foal, all in the Department of
Public Safety.
SECTION 4. - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after legal notice and passage and approval by the Mayor.
